Leadership Style

According to Wikipedia, the word leadership can refer to:

  1. Those entities that perform one or more acts of leading.
  2. The ability to affect human behavior so as to accomplish a mission.
  3. Influencing a group of people to move towards its goal setting or goal achievement. (Stogdill 1950)
There are three types of leaders, The Autocratic, Democratic, and the laissez-faire. The Autocratic would want things to be done only at their way, the Democratic would let the others be involved in the decision making, and the laissez-faire would also join the others in decision-making but he wouldn't want to be involved mostly.

I feel I have all three whenever I become a leader I just have to balance them both and learn when to be nice or to make them disciplined.
